A mailbox stores messages for an address on your domain. It is different from a forwarding-only address.
Steps
- Choose the correct domain in Domatic Control Panel and open E-mail Accounts.
- Create the account with the desired address, a strong password, and an appropriate storage quota.
- Save it and record the complete email address and connection settings shown by the panel.
- Open webmail or configure an email app, then test sending and receiving with an external address.
Good to know
Mail delivery also depends on the domain MX records. Creating a mailbox here will not receive mail if the domain is still routed to another provider. Use a separate password for each mailbox.
