Steps
- Open File Manager and navigate to the website document root.
- Choose the upload action and select the files or archive from your computer.
- For an archive, inspect its folder structure and extract it into the intended directory.
- Confirm that the start page and supporting folders are at the correct level, then open the website and test its links.
Good to know
An extra enclosing folder inside an archive is a common reason the website does not appear. Download a copy before overwriting existing files. For large migrations, ask Support about a suitable transfer method rather than repeatedly retrying a browser upload.
