Steps
- Open the hosting service Resource Usage tab in Client Portal and check its last-updated time.
- For more detail, open Site Summary / Statistics / Logs or the usage tool in Domatic Control Panel.
- Review website files, mail storage, databases, and backup archives when investigating disk usage.
- Remove only data you have identified and preserved as needed, then recheck the counters after the next update.
Good to know
Deleting website files may not free mailbox or database space. An unexpectedly large increase should be investigated before simply buying more capacity; logs, backups, or a compromised application may be responsible.
