Choose the intended domain and installation directory before starting. An installation should not overwrite an existing website.

Steps

  1. In Domatic Control Panel, open the application installer or WordPress tool if included in your plan.
  2. Select a supported WordPress release and the correct HTTPS domain. Leave the directory field empty only if the site should occupy the domain root.
  3. Set a unique administrator login and an email address you control, then review the destination and install.
  4. If no installer is available, use the official installation guide with a new database and uploaded WordPress files. Test the site and administrator login after completion.

Good to know

Back up any existing content first. The WordPress administrator account is separate from Client Portal and hosting credentials. Store the login securely.
