Two-step authentication adds a verification step to the Control Panel sign-in. Availability depends on the account configuration.
Steps
- In Domatic Control Panel, search for Two-Step Authentication.
- Follow the setup instructions using your authenticator app.
- Enter a current code to verify setup and save any recovery or scratch codes in a secure place outside the hosting account.
- Test the next sign-in before closing your existing session.
Good to know
Do not share the setup QR code or recovery codes. If your device is lost and recovery codes are unavailable, contact Support for an ownership check. Client Portal two-factor settings are managed separately.
