On supported hosting services, the refreshed Client Portal can request a free certificate without asking you to enter server credentials.
Steps
- Open the hosting service and find SSL Encryption.
- If it reports an expired or invalid certificate and offers Enable Free SSL, click the button.
- Review the explanation and confirm Enable SSL. Leave time for domain validation; the page shows progress while the request is processed.
- Look for SSL Active, the expiry date, and the automatic-renewal confirmation. If the button is unavailable, use Domatic Control Panel or contact Support.
Good to know
Repeated clicks will not speed up issuance. DNS or certificate-provider limits can delay a request. An Active result confirms the hosting certificate; a separate proxy or CDN may serve its own certificate.
