Auto renewal is an important part of keeping a domain registered. Check it well before the next renewal date.
Steps
- Open Domains > My Domains and select the domain.
- Open the domain auto-renewal section, if your registrar provides it.
- Review the current setting and enable or disable it as intended, then save.
- Return to the domain list and verify the Auto Renew indicator. Review any outstanding renewal invoice and confirm your billing details are current.
Good to know
Disabling auto renewal does not cancel an existing invoice or refund a previous renewal. Domain expiry and recovery rules vary by extension. If you are close to expiry or cannot see the setting, contact Support.
