A service billing cycle, a domain registration term, and a certificate expiry date describe different things. Review the relevant page before deciding what needs renewal.
Steps
- Open a hosting service to find its recurring amount, billing cycle, next due date, and payment method.
- Open Domains > My Domains for domain renewal information.
- Open the relevant invoice to see what the payment covers.
- If the date or amount is unexpected, contact Support with the service and invoice reference before changing or cancelling anything.
Good to know
An Active service can still have an upcoming invoice. Turning on domain auto renewal does not guarantee that a payment will succeed or that an expired domain can still be recovered.
